Who looks after your information

AMP Spark Pro is managed by our team. This policy explains how information is handled on ampsparkpro.com, through our signup form, and in AMP Spark Pro website chat. If you use a chat widget on another business’s website, that business’s privacy policy also applies to how it uses your details and follows up with you.

What we collect

  • Signup details: your name, email, business name, website address, optional phone number, and any notes you send.
  • Chat details: the contact information you provide, your messages, replies, conversation history, and the page address and title where the conversation starts.
  • Technical information: browser and request information, identifiers used to keep a chat connected, and security or delivery records used by our hosting, form, and verification services.
  • Member information: account details, team access, and the business information or documents added to the service.

Please keep passwords, payment card details, government identification, and sensitive medical or financial information out of forms and chat messages.

How we use it

Your signup details help the team review your website, decide whether the service is a good fit, answer questions, and arrange setup. Contact details and conversation history help the relevant business understand a visitor’s question and follow up.

We also use service information to provide business answers, support members, manage accounts, troubleshoot problems, check messages and replies for moderation, and prevent spam or misuse. Submitting the signup form does not take payment or automatically create a member account.

Where information is held

Signup submissions are processed through AMP Forms and may be held in its submission records and in the email inbox used to respond. Chat conversations, leads, and account records are held in the AMP Spark Pro service database. Uploaded business documents are held in the service’s file storage.

The chat service uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Access to member conversations and leads is controlled through signed-in accounts and the relevant business’s team permissions. Authorized administrators and service providers may need access to operate, support, or protect the service. Information sent over the live website uses HTTPS; no online service can promise absolute security.

Service providers and AI processing

We use providers to deliver forms and email, host and store service data, verify visitors, and generate or moderate AI answers. These providers process information needed for those functions. Chat messages, relevant conversation context, and business knowledge may be sent to the configured AI providers, including OpenAI and other providers used by the service. Questions and generated replies may also be sent for moderation.

Provider processing and retention depend on the provider and account configuration. We do not promise that every provider deletes information immediately or that it remains in one country. You can read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and OpenAI’s privacy policy for their information-handling practices.

When you chat with a business using AMP Spark Pro, that business’s authorized team can see the contact details and messages you share.

Browser storage and verification

The chat widget uses local storage to reconnect your conversation and session storage to remember whether the chat is open. Clearing browser storage may disconnect your browser from an existing conversation; it does not delete the server’s copy.

The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. Turnstile processes technical signals needed for that verification. The site does not ask you to submit payment information through the signup form.

Retention and your choices

Information can remain in conversation records, form records, account data, email, provider systems, and backups. Retention varies by record type and provider. There is no single fixed deletion period promised by this policy.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have shared. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained for service administration, security, resolving disputes, or applicable obligations, and backup or provider copies may take longer to be removed.

For a conversation on another business’s website, contact that business first about its use of your information. For information held directly by AMP Spark Pro, use the website form and write “Privacy request” in the notes, with the details of your request. A privacy request does not require you to become a member.

Questions and policy updates

The team personally reviews messages about AMP Spark Pro. Use the website form for questions about this policy or how your information is held and used. We may update this page as the service changes; the date at the top shows the latest revision.
